Delivery
Delivery is free to your home in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Your order arrives 8–15 business days after you order, with a tracking number.
How long it takes
Each item is made by hand after you order, with the name you typed. Making and delivery together take 8–15 business days (Monday to Friday) from your order to your door.
For Christmas 2026, order by 2 December: then even the slowest delivery arrives by 23 December.
Where we deliver
To home addresses in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. We don’t deliver to other countries or to parcel lockers yet.
Each order travels as one parcel, addressed to the name you give in the cart. Add a phone number so the courier can reach you about the delivery.
What it costs
Nothing. Delivery is free, and the price you see includes VAT and import duties, so there is nothing more to pay at the door.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves, we email you its tracking number. It’s also on your order page: the link is in your order email.
Late or missing parcel
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 15 business days after your order, write to us at support@embroiderednames.com. We check the tracking with the carrier, and if the parcel is lost, we make your item again or refund you. Here is what we do when something is wrong.
