Terms of sale

1. Contact

2. Who can order

Anyone aged 18 or over, for delivery to a home address in any country we deliver to.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT, import duties and delivery: there is nothing more to pay at the door. You pay the total shown in the cart before you pay, less any discount code.

4. Your order

• You choose the item, type the name and pick the colours. The real stitching, letter size and colours can look slightly different from the photos, because each item is made by hand and screens show colours differently.
• We stitch the name exactly as you type it, so check the spelling and the capital letters before you pay.
• The contract is made when your payment goes through. We then email you a confirmation with your order details.

5. Payment

You pay on the secure payment page of our payment provider, Whop, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment page is in English. We never see your card details.

6. Making and delivery

Each item is made by hand after you order. Delivery to your home is free and takes 8–15 business days from your order, with a tracking number. If your order is late, write to us: we agree on a new date with you, and if it still hasn’t arrived by then, you can cancel and get a full refund. The parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

7. No right of withdrawal

Every item is made to your specification, with the name you type. Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)) such items have no 14-day right of withdrawal, so you can’t return them just because you changed your mind. We tell you this in the cart, before you pay. If you write to us before making starts, we cancel the order and refund it.

8. If something is wrong

If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, tell us at info@embroiderednames.com with a photo. We remake it free or refund you, and if we need it back, we pay the postage. Refunds are paid within 14 days, to the way you paid. Returns explains more.

We give no extra (commercial) guarantee beyond the legal one below.

9. The Black Friday wheel

• Run by Embroidered Names, until 30 November 2026 at 23:59 (Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn time).
• Free: no purchase or payment is needed to spin. For people aged 18 and over. One spin per email address.
• Every spin gives a discount code: 5% off (chance 60 in 100), 15% off (chance 30 in 100) or 20% off (chance 10 in 100). Our server draws the result at random with exactly these chances; the wheel only shows it.
• The code takes the percentage off the items in one order. It works for one order until 30 November 2026 at 23:59, can’t be combined with another code, can’t be exchanged for cash and is used up when the order is paid.
• We email you the code. We send you our news only if you tick the box for it; you can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first at info@embroiderednames.com. We answer every complaint within 14 days.

If we can’t agree, you can turn to the consumer dispute body of your country, free of charge: in Latvia the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, in Lithuania the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, in Estonia the Consumer Disputes Committee. For a purchase from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country helps for free.

Our contract is governed by the law of the country where you live.
