Can I return a personalised item?
Not just because you changed your mind: every item is made with the name you typed, and EU law gives no 14-day return right for items made to the buyer’s own specification. We say this in the cart, before you pay.
But if something is wrong, we fix it at no cost to you. If we made a mistake in the name, colour or item, if it’s faulty, or if it arrived damaged, we make it again and send it free, or refund you in full. You also have the 2-year legal guarantee.
