Do I pay customs or VAT when the parcel arrives?
No. VAT is added on the payment page, and import duties and delivery are already in the price, so there is nothing more to pay at the door or to the courier. Delivery to your home is free, worldwide.
You pay the total in your cart, the same total you see on the payment page. If anyone ever asks you to pay for one of our parcels, email info@embroiderednames.com before you pay: you shouldn’t have to. All the details: delivery.
