How long do making and delivery take?
8–15 business days from your order to your door, with a tracking number, and delivery is free. That covers both: each item is made by hand after you order, then sent to your home address, worldwide.
We email you the tracking number when the parcel leaves. For Christmas 2026, order by 2 December, so that even the slowest delivery arrives by 23 December. For a birthday or a name day, order about three weeks ahead. If your parcel is late, here is what we do. All the details: delivery.
